建国以来基础教育“减负”政策的演变及其思考

摘    要:在中小学教育中学生应该有负担,但是在现实中承受着过重的负担。针对中小学生负担过重,党和国家制定了一系列的政策,这些政策对减轻学生负担起到了积极的作用。本文在厘清建国以来"减负"政策历史变迁的基础上,对减负政策进行反思,从而在今后的实践过程中更好的实施减负政策。

Abstract:There should be some burden in primary and secondary education,but in reality students are over burdened.Thus,the Party and the State has formulated a series of policies which has played a positive role in lightening the burden on students.Based on clarifying the development of burden-light-ening policies since 1949,this article reflects on the policies so that they can be well put into effect in practice.
