| Abstract: | The Standard for Foreign Languages Learning in the 21st Century, i.e. the 5C was designed and issued by the U.S. Department of Education. The 5C is the latest guiding theory in languages learning. In order to meet the requirements of the new Syllabus, which calls for the talents with mixed abilities, we may adopt the 5C in our teaching reform. |
