| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,对普通高校公共体育武术选项课的教学内容进行分析研究。研究结果表明:当前体育选项课教学内容中存在着一定的问题。并针对这些问题提出相关建议与对策,以期为不断完善高校武术选项课教学内容的改革提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | With the methods of document study and experts interview, the paper carries on analysis of the teaching content of the Wushu Optional course in the ordinary universities. The conclusion is that: there are some problems in the teaching content of P.E. Optional coures; aiming at these problems the paper puts forward reasonable suggestion and counterplan, and provides a theoretical basis for the reform of continuous reform in the teaching content of Wushu Optional course in the ordinary universities. |
