| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国化学工业园区发展较快,但与国外发达国家相比,还存在以下问题:过于分散,缺乏规模经济;缺乏统一规划,造成低水平重复建设及土地资源严重浪费;面临循环经济和可持续发展压力等。因此,化工园区产业结构调整势在必行。其产业结构调整主要思路如下:延伸产业链条,调整产业结构;强化技术创新,促进产业升级;加快行业整合,形成规模经济。其产业结构调整途径主要有:积极向装置大型化、产业集中化、经营集约化发展;积极发展地区资源特色产业,实现资源优化配置;调整产业结构布局,克服结构性污染;优化产业内部结构,促进节能降耗。
