| 摘 要： | 文章利用因子分析方法提取影响长江三角洲外商直接投资的影响因子。并通过回归分析发现，集聚作用是影响长江三角洲外商直接投资空间分布的最重要因素．而城市交易效率、人力资本因素也是影响外商直接投资集聚的原因。但是．随着区域重大基础设施的建设．区域内城市之间基础设施的差异进一步缩小，推动外商直接投资由中心城市向其他城市逐渐扩散，生产成本因素对外商直接投资的作用并不显著。为进一步提高长江三角洲利用外商直接投资的质量和整体水平．应该发挥不同城市的特色．引导不同城市吸引外商直接投资的分工。

| Abstract: | With factor analysis method, the factors influencing distribution of foreign direct investment （FDI） in the Yangtze River Delta are extracted; With regression analysis we find that the Agglomeration Economy is the most important factor of spatial distribution of FDI in the Yangtze River Delta, and there are also some effects on spatial distribution of FDI. But the effect of cost of production factors on FDI is not significant. To further develop the Yangtze River Delta foreign direct investment as a whole, cooperation between different cities for attracting FDI must be made to deepen the division, to improve the overall level of FDI in the Yangtze River Delta. |
