| 摘 要： | 家族企业研究的诸多领域都涉及到企业绩效问题,但企业活动和制度设计的多重目标使绩效研究成为一个难点,传统的绩效分析方法需要调整。家族企业的绩效是个复合体,绩效的产生有家族因素的贡献,绩效衡量需要经济型和非经济型指标的结合使用,绩效评价也体现了家族愿景。通过这种复合型绩效的深入分析,家族企业的"异质性"可以得到更大的体现。
