| 摘 要： | 作为维护国家统治的思想根基,意识形态与文化是并融共生、密切联系的。在当今以意识形态为主导的软实力竞技时代,文化与意识形态的关系更趋密切,文化软实力已成为新时期确保国家意识形态安全的主导力量。在社会主义文化建设过程中,文化领域问题凸显,文化软实力明显处于弱势,这是社会主义意识形态建设面临的现实境遇。如何从文化安全的战略高度看待社会主义意识形态安全问题,如何通过加强文化软实力建设,切实维护社会主义意识形态安全已成为当下社会主义国家在全球化时代发展的重大课题。

| Abstract: | Ideology, a set of doctrines or behefs that form the ideological basis of state governance, is fully integrated with and closely related to culture. In this modern arena where competitions among nations are none other than competitions in their respective soft power driven by ideology, culture and ideology tend to intertwine even more tightly, and cultural soft power has become the dominant force that safeguards the ideological security of a nation. Acknowledging the fact that China＇ s cultural soft power still remains in an obviously disadvantageous position and that there are still a whole wealth of problems facing China＇ s cultural development, efforts should be made to strengthen the building of China＇ s soft power. How to appreciate the grave situation of China＇ s socialist ideological security from the strategic perspective of enhancing its cultural security and how to earnestly safeguard China＇ s socialist ideological security through strengthening the construction of its cultural soft power have become issues of particular importance for the development of China as a socialist country in the era of globalization. |
