| 摘 要： | 我国民办高等教育蓬勃发展,但存在不少困难和问题,主要是法律法规不完善,存在政策障碍,竞争无序等。应采取的对策如:加强学校内部建设,提高教学质量,国家加快立法,政府给予政策和资金扶持等。

| Abstract: | The civilian-run higher education is now vigorously developing, but there exist difficulties and questions in it. Mainly they are : the incomplete laws and rules that result in policy obstructs and disorders of competition. In order to solve these, it is necessary for colleges and universities to strengthen their internal construction, enhance their teaching quality, and for the state to speeds up law-making and for the government to help them with corresponding policy and capital. |
