| 摘 要： | ＂传帮带＂是经由指定导师个人或群体具体指导特定对象的个别化教育实践,以促进个体不断创新发展的程序模型。高职院校青年教师＂传帮带＂的实施,对我国高职教育又好又快的发展具有重要意义。＂传帮带＂实施在我院青年教师培养中起到一定的作用并收到了较好的效果。但实施过程中却存在一些问题,如导师制实施中出现的形式性、局部性和激励措施不足等问题。因而应针对存在的问题,找出解决方法和途径,以达到提升高职青年教师素质的目的。
