| 摘 要： | 通过相关政策分析，剖析了实施素质教育过程中，进行创造性劳动的校长职责。指出校长在体育素质教育中创造性职责的具体内容：1、树立超前性的体育教育观念；2．选择探索性体育教育模式；3．建立创新性体育管理机制；4．组建科研型体育师资队伍。
