| 摘 要： | 以转型期乡村社会的"治理性危机"为大背景,以一起历时九年多的水事官司为个案,运用法社会学的研究方法,借鉴"过程—事件分析"的研究策略,对遭遇冲突的国家法与民间法的复杂关系作一动态考察和富有启发性的理论探讨。
