| 摘 要： | 资本账户的开放促进了世界经济发展，同时也给发展中国家带来巨大的风险。资本账户自由化危及到金融系统的稳定；资本账户开放为国际投机资本打开了方便之门；国际投机资本妨碍东道国货币政策的独立性：风险资本的大量流入和流出极大地影响了国家宏观经济的稳定。我国作为经济大国。积极稳妥的实现资本项目可自由兑换是我国经济发展的必然要求，我国正在积极推进资本账户的可自由兑换。本文结合我国的实际情况。研究了资本账户自由化的风险与对策。

| Abstract: | The opening of the capital accounts brings about development in international economy,and meanwhile brings the enormous risk to developing countries too. First, the liberalization of the capital accounts endangers to the stability of the financial system; second it facilitates the flow of the international venture capital; third, international speculating capital weakens the independency of Amphitryon monetary policy; last, That a large amount of the venture capital flows affects the stability of the macroeconomy greatly Our macro-economy is a gigantic economy, development, and we are opening capital accounts steadily. opening of the capital accounts is a necessary demand for economic This text bases our actual status, and has studied the risk and countermeasure of the capital accounts liberalization; so it has some realistic meanings. |
