| 摘 要： | 以文献资料法、访问调查等方法对武术新规则实施后套路训练的嬗变进行了研究,比较武术竞赛规则的变化对新、旧规则中难度动作变革对套路训练的影响分析;动作质量扣分变化对训练的影响分析;对动作质量扣分点训练的影响分析;新规则对技术训练内容的影响分析;追求竞技武术运动在武术竞赛规则的发展,竞赛规则中通过武术训练达到追求＂高、难、美、新＂的发展方向,推动武术竞技比赛的发展。
