| 摘 要： | 分析离心铸造生产铝铂辊套易产生表面裂纹、内层裂纹及气孔等缺陷,指出应采用合理的铸型转速及浇注温度、减小设备工作时的振动、采取缓冷和保温等措施,消除生产过程中存在的缺陷,保证了产品质量。

| Abstract: | The production of aluminum platinum sleeves with Centrifugal Casting will bring about the surface crack,inner crack and pores,so the measures should be taken such as the reasonable speed and pouring temperature of the mold,the vibration diminution of the work equipment and slow cooling and heat preservation measures so as to eliminate the defects in production to ensure the product quality. |
