| 摘 要： | 运用献资料、录像观察、数理比较等方法对我国甲A男篮比赛中运动员防守现状和方法进行了技术统计与分析。分析表明：各队70％以上的进攻投篮是在内线区域，内线的防守方法与配合极其关键。据此，提出了内线防守应平步贴身、以脚步移动手臂上举的上封下堵防守动作，并结合夹击、协防等整体配合的防守方式。

| Abstract: | This article, by using references, video observation, and numerical comparison,makes a technicail statistic and analysis about CBA Group A's current defense and methods. The result should that over 70% attack shootings in each team are in the inner line range and the defensive methods and cooperations in this area are extremely important.Therefore, this article points out that pincer attacks and defense at any time should be applied effectively. |
