| 摘 要： | 高职院校在订单式教育模式下输出的专门人才更多的是“单位人”,而缺少作为“自然人”的个体创业者。加强创业教育,丰富创业教育的内涵,应成为高职院校人才培养的重要环节。高职院校加强学生创业教育的主要措施有:准许试点自主招生,选拔录取具有创新潜力的学生;改善办学资源,提高学生的主动实践能力;结合专业教学加强对学生的创业教育;将创业教育引入学生的第二课堂,开办创业讲坛、创业竞赛等。

| Abstract: | By the model of order-oriented education, polytechnic colleges cultivate more specialized personnel employed in enterprises and less individual who is inclined to start a business as a natural person.To enhance venture education and vivify the content of venture education should be the important aspect of personnel cultivation in polytechnic colleges. The main measures of improving venture education in polytechnic colleges should be taken as follows:firstly,autonomous selection of students can be allowed in polytechnic colleges in order to select creative students ;secondly, polytechnic colleges can modify educational resources in order to improve active pratice capacity of students;thirdly,flexible and smart educational method can be used when organizing teaching in specialization lesson;finally,venture education can be introduced into the second class in polytechnic colleges by way of venture tribune and venture race etc. |
