| 摘 要： | 就我国高等教育教学现存的青年教师培养问题进行初步探讨，分析了目前高校青年教师培养工作中存在的普遍问题，分别从如何提高青年教师的业务素质，如何培养青年教师的综合能力以及如何全面提升青年教师的思想道德素质三方面探讨了提高青年教师培养质量的方法。
