| 摘 要： | 现代投资估价理论方法的发展为项目投资管理决策提供了科学、有效的支持。从现代定量分析工具来说，投资估价存在的问题不是缺少模型，而是可选择的模型太多。对项目投资估价理论方法及其发展进行剖析，并对我国项目投资估价形势进行分析，为相关管理决幕者选择采用适宜的理论方法理顺思路、奠定分析基础。

| Abstract: | Project investment is the main approach to maximize corporation value, At the same time, it is the important content of operating strategy management. Investment valuation supports decision-aking. With social and science development, investment decision-making method has changed from subjective decision to scientific decision. Valuation approach has changed from the traditional to the modem. Modem investment valuation theory and method supports investment decision-making scientifically and efficiently. The paper analyzed investment valuation theory and related methods. Then, based on evaluating Chinese investment environment, we applied methods to analyze and select valuation tools for relative managers. |
