| 摘 要： | 随着科研体制改革的不断深化,我国科研院所面临着市场竞争的严峻挑战。首先分析了目前我国科研院所在转制后存在的主要问题,即在于科研院所对旧体制改革的困难和对市场竞争的不适应;针对这些问题,笔者探讨了科研院所解决体制改革困难和更好地面向市场的宏观政策建议和对策。

| Abstract: | With the constant in-depth of system reform of scientific research,the scientific research institutions of our country face the severe challenge of the market competition.This text analyzes that our country scientific resear- ches have subject matter after transformations of institute at first,and regards that the problem of transformation scien- tific research institutions is the old system reform difficulties of the scientific research institutions and the inelasticity to the market competition.Aiming at these problems,the author discusses the macroscopical policy proposal and countermeasure of scientific research institutions to solve the system reform difficulties and better face to market. |
