| 摘 要： | 高等教育平等问题一直是教育界关注的热点,也是整个社会努力实现的目标。现代远程教育的发展为实现高等教育的切实平等创造了条件,主要体现在入学机会、师资水平、信息获取等诸多方面,但要真正实现教育的切实平等,尚需在学历承认、消费水平等方面做出努力。

| Abstract: | The equality to receive higher education has been the central issue concerned in the field of education and the objective the whole society intends to achieve. The development of modern long-range education has provided the conditions for the practical equality of higher education, mainly in the way of the opportunity of entrance, the quality of teachers and obtaining of information etc. but the true realization of equality of education lies in the acknowledgement of certificates and the standard of consummation. |
