| 摘 要： | 尽管我国国有企业集团取得了快速发展，国有经济布局和结构调整取得了重要进展但是．在财务风险、高层腐败舞弊、内部人控制等方面仍然存在很多问题，而当前金融危机的爆发和深化．使其面临更大的挑战。在此基础上，文章提出了国有企业集团的财务风险监控对策。
