国外高师教育实习对我国高师教育实习设置的启示

摘    要:总结了国外高师教育实习的几种模式,结合我国教育实习现状,以成都师范学院早期教育"四阶段"实习课程设计为例,讨论了将教育实习作为一门系统性的课程的思路。并根据师范生对教师专业知识与技能接收的渐进性特征,通过见习、实训、专业实习与毕业实习四阶段,对师范生进行教师专业技能的培养。

Abstract:This paper concludes several modes of abroad higher normal educational practice. Based on the present situation of our country~ educational practice, taking the design of "Four Stages" practice crouse of early childhood edu- cation major in Chengdu Normal University as the example, this paper discusses the idea of taking educational practice as a systematic crouse. According to normal university students'graduality characteristics of learning the professional knowl- edge and skills, their professional skills will be cultivated by the four stages: learning, practicing, professional practicing and after- graduation practice.
