| Abstract: | Hebei province is facing the problems of weakness in comprehensive strength,imbalance in structure,irrationality in distribution,shortage in creative personnel,severe lack in leading roles.To implement the tragedy of "elites strengthen province",we must reinforce education and cultivate capable people with advanced notion of capable people,focus on the elite construction and improve the elite structure. |
