摘    要:文中采用直流矿热炉碳热法制备富镧稀土硅铁合金。在整个生产试验过程中我们进行了La/RE配分比为55%、65%、75%和100%的四种稀土硅铁合金的连续生产,共生产出了12炉合金,生产过程和结果都令人满意。在48小时的连续冶炼过程中,炉底无结瘤现象,运行良好。

Abstract:La-rich rare earth ferrosilicon alloy was prepared in direct current submerged arc by carbothermic method.55%,65%,75% and 100% La/RE ratio four kinds of rare earth ferrosilicon alloy continuously being tested in this experiment,eventually 12 stoves rare earth ferrosilicon alloy was produced.The furnace bottom did not have the phenomenon of heel in 48 hours continuously good smelting processes.
