| 摘 要： | 通过对本钢炼钢厂精炼车间AHF化学升温转台用转盘轴承进行物理和化学失效分析,找出造成轴承寿命过短的真正原因。同洛阳轴承研究所进行技术交流和探讨,从轴承的制造工艺、材料的选取,热处理工艺几方面着手,采用合适的改进措施,从而获得使用性能更加优良的转盘轴承,满足实际生产的需要,将轴承的使用寿命由原来的2年提高到4年,并成功应用。

| Abstract: | By analyzing both physical and chemical phenomena for fault of the turntable bearing on the rotary platform used to chemical temperature rising AHF,The paper finds the cause resulted in fault.With the cooperation of Luoyang institute of bearing,both the working process and material selecting are improved.As a result,the operation life of bearing has been prolonged from 2 to 4 years. |
