| 摘 要： | 图书馆的服务水平与服务质量决定着其生存价值。本文以科学发展观为指导,从营造和谐图书馆文化、创建质量管理与评价体系、开展形式多样的服务、建立健全协作机制、加强创新激励机制、图书馆立法等6个方面对推进图书馆质量兴馆进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The library service level and service quality determines the value of its existence.In this paper,with the guidance of scientific concept of development,from the following aspects of creating a harmonious library culture,building a quality management and evaluation system,carrying out various forms of service,establishing and improving the coordination mechanism,innovating the incentive mechanism and the library legislation,the author discusses how to revive the library with quality. |
