| Abstract: | In this new era of education, to effectively develop a team of teaching staff, we should focus on recognizing the market orientation, facilitating a two-way flow of teaching staff; enforcing the awareness of organization structure, incorporating the use of a regular and efficient training program that uses up to date training techniques; enforcing the awareness of quality, utilizing an effective system of recruitment and assessment; enforcing the awareness of efficiency, establishing a reasonable income distribution and reward system; enforcing the awareness of educating, ensuring that the highest level of morals in fulfilling their duties. |
