心理契约:德育提升的支点

摘    要:契约是关系确认与秩序保障最常用的工具 ,作为期望知觉的心理契约最敏感、最集中地反映了人群关系的核心本质 ,因为心理契约所体现的正是人的纯粹的、真实的主观愿望、心理需求 ,以及对相对方应然取向的自我设定。德育中不仅存在心理契约 ,而且德育心理契约能够反映德育关系的本体面貌 ;关注德育心理契约的意义在于 ,心理契约可以作为德育文化和德育行为现象的分析工具 ,更为重要的是 ,心理契约能够成为德育有效运作的保障机制 ,成为德育提升的支点。

Abstract:Contract is the most common instrument for confirming relations and guaranteeing order. As a kind of desire consciousness, psychological contract is the most sensitive and most concentrated reflection of the core nature of the relations among social groups only because what the psychological contract reflects is exactly human beings' pure and real desire and psychological needs as well as the self determination of relevant value orientation. Psychological contract exists in moral education, and it can mirror the original nature of moral education. Psychological contract can not only be used as an instrument to analyze the cultural and behavioral phenomena in moral education, but also serve as the safeguard mechanism of the effective operation of moral education, thus becoming the supporting point for the improvement of moral education.
