| 摘 要： | 通过对当前高校实验技术队伍现状的分析,针对我国高校长期以来普遍存在重视理论教学,轻视实验教学的现状,经过多年研究与实践,提出提高认识,转变观念;制定规划,健全机制;注重培养,提高素质;稳定队伍,优化结构;量化管理,完善考核等建设实验技术队伍的措施,指出了建设一支高水平的实验技术队伍在高校教学和科研及学科建设中的重要作用。
