| Abstract: | Aristotle's elaboration about theory of justice are extremely rich and profound.Such justice thinkings as "the mean is an axiom to all regime","To give others due,to take own earnings"Law is an embodiment and objectify of justice." incarnate Aristotle 's fundamental idea of view of political justice and view of economic justice and view of legal justice.Later scholars who research theory of Justice more or less absorb nutrients from Aristotle's concept of justice. |
