| 摘 要： | 跨栏跑是高师体育专业田径课的重点项目,目前在跨栏跑教学中仍多采用分解教学法,在有限的时间内,采用什么样的教学方法,才能使学生更快更好地掌握跨栏跑技术.为此我们设计了运用3-5架栏进行完整教学的新方案.通过教学实验,证明完整教学法能有效地提高教学效果,更适合高师体育专业学生的实际.

| Abstract: | Hurdle race is one of the important items for students specializing in physical education. At present the course is taught in disintegrated steps. What kind of teaching method should we employ so as to have students master the technique for hurdle race more quickly in limited time ? It is lust for this purpose that the new plan has been designed. The experiment shows that the new method can greatly promote the teaching quality and it is more suitable for students of teachers colleges. |
