| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以来,中国实行的对外开放政策为教育事业借鉴国外的有益经验、引进资金提供了良好的机会。伴随着苏州经济国际化的步伐,苏州中外合作办学也呈现出较为迅猛的上升态势。中外合作办学一方面可以增进苏州教育的中外合作交流,另一方面可以在很大程度上促使苏州教育的多元化发展。同时我们看到,苏州的中外合作办学在取得成绩的同时,还面临着很多问题,还存在不少困难。这些问题和困难还在一定程度上制约着苏州教育中外办学的进一步发展。本文旨在对苏州中外办学现状进行分析、研究,并展望其前景。

| Abstract: | Chinese opening policy outside the world has offered good opportunities for the education industry to learn from the foreign countries and bring in essential investment, since the 1980's. With the development of Suzhou's international economy, there is a sharply increasing tendency of cooperative programs between China and foreign countries in the education field. The cooperative programs for one thing, could enhance the cooperation and exchange between China and other countries, for anther thing would greatly accelerate the multiplex development of education in Suzhou. Meanwhile, like Suzhou's economic development, the cooperative programs in the education field has also got a brilliant achievement and faced many problems and difficulties, which will restrain the further progress of the cooperation. The purposes of this thesis are to study and analyse the current situation of the cooperation and seek an out way. |
