| 摘 要： | 8月15日,浙江省文化产业发展大会在省人民大会堂隆重举行。浙江省委副书记、省长李强在会上提出:要把文化产业发展成为支柱性产业,为文化强省和"两富"现代化浙江建设作出新贡献。浙江文化产业园繁花似锦。会上介绍的杭州、龙泉、横店实验区、宋城集团的四个样本,就是百花园中四朵盛开的鲜花。而这次会议确定的目标,则预示着浙江文化产业千帆竞发,万象更新。

| Abstract: | On August 15, 2013, a conference on the development of the cul tural industry of Zhejiang was held at the International Hall of the Great Hall of the People in Hangzhou, the capital of eastern China＇s coastal Zhejiang Province. Zhejiang Governor Li Qiang called for making the cultural industry into an economic pillar of the province and enabled it to contribute to the province＇s modernization program. The culture industry has been booming in recent years. The indus try＇s added value for 2012 topped 160 billion and ranked the third largest in China. In 2012, Zhejiang United Publishing turned out a total sales of 13.46billion yuan and ranked among the top 50 culture enterprises for the fifth consecutive years. Zhejiang Daily Group, is China＇s the first newspaper listed on the security market. ZhejiangRadio and TV Group scored 6.18 billion in annual revenue in 2012. Many private businesses engaged in cultural undertakings have listed on the stock market. Wasu TV, launched in 2011 and listed in 2012, has grown into a unified provincial cable television network, supported by 80 regional and local television cable networks. Zhejiang boasts 111 culture industrial parks including 13 at na tional level. These parks are important platforms for the growth of cultural industry. China International Animation ＆Cartoon Festival, Hangzhou Cultural Expo and Yiwu Culture Expo are big attractions for visitors from home and abroad. Hangzhou has long since grown into a center of cultural creative industry. More than 50 billion has been invested into 16 citylevel creative industrial parks and zones. These parks and zones have spawned 2,500 projects, many of them are successful. Animation and cartoon undertakings account for a big part of the creative in dustry. Nowadays, quite a few popular animation films and televi sion series are produced in Hangzhou. Longquan, a mountainous county in southern Zhejiang, dates back to 1,700 years ago when it first established itself as a producer of fine celadon. The celadon porcelain industry in the county flour ished in the Song （9601279） and the Yuan （12791368）. In recent years, the county has focused on reestablishing itself as a world class celadon design and manufacturing center. The celadon prod ucts made in Longquan range from tableware, tea sets, stationery, lighting and wine sets. In 2009, the antique technique for producing celadon porcelain at the Longquan Kiln was listed as the world cul tural heritage. Longquan is also famed for sword making in the his tory of China. The fame is more than 2,500 years old. Now sword making is another big industry in the county. The industry has longsince branched out into making military knives, outdoor sporting knives, kitchen knives, high-end knives, fitness devices, in 2006, a special technique developed by a local sword master was inscribed on the first list of national intangible cultural heritage. |
