| 摘 要： | 目的：结合临床用药的习惯与现代研究成果，把参松养心汤改制成胶囊。方法：分析处方中的君药与臣药，依治疗的疾病与药理作用以及有效成份，采用正交设计的方法，通过测定人参总皂苷与黄连总生物碱来优化提取工艺条件，再重复验证而确定提取工艺参数。结果：人参单独为一组，山茱萸、丹参、黄连、五味子、甘草为另一组，均用10倍量70％乙醇回流提取3次，时间分别为1h、1h、1h；回收醇提液。麦冬、炒酸枣仁、龙骨、桑寄生、赤芍、土鳖虫6味药材，加9倍量的水，煎煮2次，每次2h，浓缩，合并醇提液与水提液，真空干燥，粉粹成80目的药粉，直接装0号胶囊，即得。结论：本法工艺合理，制剂质量有保证，临床疗效好。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To make Shen -Song Yang -Xin capsule from decoction with modem scientific and technical research achievement. Method：According to use drug habit and analyze major and subject drags from recipe;depend on its treatment illness and pharmacology action and its compositions, use orthogonal design method and determined Ginseng total saponins, Coptis total alkaloids for optimization extration conditions, and test them. Results：Ginseng was alone set and Comus officinals, Salvia mihrorrhiza, Coptidis, Schisandra chinenins, Glycyrrhizae were another set. Both used 70% alcholol as solvent extrated 3 times, each time 1 h. Ophiopogon japoniae, Semen ziziphispinosae, Taxillus chinesis etc. were another set, decocted 2 times, each time 2 h ; contrated decoction ; dried in vucuum, podwered mixtion and implant 0 number caosules. Conclusion：The method is rational and capsules quality assumce and clinical results are satisfactory. |
