| 摘 要： | 美国联邦政府近年来颁布了一系列要求提高中小学办学质量和学生成绩的法案,各州都据此制定了本州的各种改革措施,其中在对薄弱学校的扶助方面,各州都建立了比较完善的机制.本文以其中的四个有代表性的州为例,简要介绍和分析其具体做法.

| Abstract: | In recent years, the U.S. Federal Government has published a series of acts aiming at improving the educational quality of secondary and elementary schools and students' academic performance. According to these acts, each state has set up its system to support the low-performing schools. Taking four states for example, this article makes a brief introduction to and an analysis of their operations. |
