| 摘 要： | 国内动漫产业的发展需要培养一批具备研发、创新等能力的复合型人才，校企联合培养是必由之路。然而目前国内缺乏成熟的可持续发展模式。要实现校企合作的可持续发展，必须建立共赢机制和激励约束机制，构建完善的动漫人才培养体系。

| Abstract: | A group of research and development, and innovation talents needs to be trained for the domestic animation industry development, and joint training between school and enterprise is the only way. However, there lacks a mature sustainable development mode. To build a win-win mechanism and to build a mechanism of incentive and restraint are necessary for the sustainable development of school-enterprise looperation, which will improve the training system of animation talents. |
