| 摘 要： | 领导干部隐私权一直是反腐工作中的一个重要问题。个人信息不仅是隐私权的重要内容，也是反腐中的重要手段之一。领导干部的个人信息有必要公布，但也不能毫无限制的公布。需要在保护官员隐私权的前提下公布与公共利益有利害关系的个人信息。同时，需要规制网络公布信息的秩序，在合法、合理的前提下，保证官员的廉洁，保护官员正当的权利。

| Abstract: | Privacy of the leading cadres always is a key issue in anti-corruption. Personal information is not only an important content of privacy, but also an important means in anti-corruption. Personal information of leading cadres must be disclosed, but it must also carry limitations. Their personal information that infringes public interests should be published only on the condition of protecting their privacy rights. Meanwhile, the order the Intemet as well as the honesty and the legitimate rights of the leading cadres should be maintained lawfully and reasonably. |
