摘 要: | 要提高苏州市基层公共文化服务水平,关键是要建设一支专业化高素质的人才队伍,而要建设一支专业化高素质的人才队伍,当前要着重解决师资力量不足、缺乏系统性培训教材、考评标准单一、实施部门不明确、档案资料和数据库建设不足等一系列问题。通过资格认证工作的推进,提高从业人员素质,促进共同体的形成,扩大从业人员影响力。

Abstract: | The key to improve the service of Suzhou primary public culture is to build a team of professional talents with high quality. In achieving this, there is an urgent need to solve a series of problems such as insufficient faculty, lack of systematic training materials, unsuitable evaluation standards, unclear implementing departments, inadequate archives and insufficient database, etc. The certification of employees is expected to improve the jobholders' qualities, to build a professional team and to enlarge the influence of jobholders. |
