| 摘 要： | 随着中国高等教育大众化的进程,新升地方本科院校逐渐面临生源质量和数量的困境.基于丰富的招生实践体会,概括总结了近几年新升地方本科院校招生中的困难,并从理论上探讨了应该如何采取切实有效的应对措施,以确保新升地方本科院校的生存和发展.

| Abstract: | The process of higher education popularizion have seen the plight of recruitment of students in the newly-upgrade colleges, which embodys the relative poverty of quality and quantity of students. Based on sufficient practical experience, the paper concludes the difficulities these colleges have been encountering lately years, and theoritically discusses how to take effective countermeasures in order to ensure the smooth development of these college. |
