| 摘 要： | 文章从理论上分析了在公共管理过程中,公共权力的异化是如何导致腐败的。这其中,不仅有人的原因,更有制度的原因。针对当前腐败现象的严重危害,以及公众对腐败的不满,文章着重从人和制度方面提出了一些控制监督公共权力的建议。

| Abstract: | The article is about the theoretical analysis on how the dissimilation of public right leads to corruption.It is because of not only the person but the regulation.This article mainly gives many suggestions in terms of person and regulation in view of the harmful corruption at present and the dissatisfaction of the mass.What is more,it is a comprehensive project to fight against corruption and it needs the all-round close cooperation. |
