| 摘 要： | 生态系统管理理论是集生态学、管理学、社会学以及其他学科原理于一身的新的管理理论.本文将生态系统管理理论引入图书馆管理,提出了图书馆生态系统管理的概念.生态系统管理带来的巨大效益是图书馆采用生态系统管理的重要原因,图书馆实施生态系统管理需要依据一定的程序进行,但由于生态系统管理理论尚未完善,图书馆实施生态系统管理存在许多障碍.
