| 摘 要： | 近年来,社会上出现了许多人事档案被抛弃的现象,也就是众人所说的"弃档","弃档"已不是个别人的偶然行为,而是一种社会现象。文章对"弃档"引发的问题、成因和对策等进行了探讨。
