| 摘 要： | 文章概述了课题研究的背景、理论基础、研究手段、结果与反思，实验过程三个主要环节即校本培训活动，增强教师的自我发展意识；课例研究，促进教师的专业成长；自主合作研修，推动校本教研。结果显示：增强了教师的自主发展意识；营造了合作学习型的校本教研氛围；加速了教师的专业化成长进程；促进了学校和学生共同发展。

| Abstract: | The paper outlines the background , supporting theory of the project with its research methods, results and reflections. It also introduces the three main stages of the experiment, that is, school-based training to enhance teachers＇ awareness of self development, subject research to promote teachers＇ professional development and autonomy-cooperation training to upgrade school-based teaching research. The result shows that teachers＇ awareness of self development is enhanced , cooperative learning atmosphere for teaching research is built up, the process of English teachers＇ professional development is accelerated, which promote the growth of both schools and students. |
