校本教研与英语教师专业成长研究

摘    要:文章概述了课题研究的背景、理论基础、研究手段、结果与反思,实验过程三个主要环节即校本培训活动,增强教师的自我发展意识;课例研究,促进教师的专业成长;自主合作研修,推动校本教研。结果显示:增强了教师的自主发展意识;营造了合作学习型的校本教研氛围;加速了教师的专业化成长进程;促进了学校和学生共同发展。

Abstract:The paper outlines the background , supporting theory of the project with its research methods, results and reflections. It also introduces the three main stages of the experiment, that is, school-based training to enhance teachers' awareness of self development, subject research to promote teachers' professional development and autonomy-cooperation training to upgrade school-based teaching research. The result shows that teachers' awareness of self development is enhanced , cooperative learning atmosphere for teaching research is built up, the process of English teachers' professional development is accelerated, which promote the growth of both schools and students.
