| 摘 要： | 篮球比赛中，抢篮板球是争夺控制权的重要途径之一，也是获得控制权的重要途径，是增加进攻次数和发动快攻的重要保证，是攻守转化的关键。本文从控制篮板球的动作分析出发，从如何抢进攻和防守的篮板球，以及得球后如何发动进攻两方面论述了篮板球的控制及作用。

| Abstract: | In a basketball match, grabbing the rebounds is one of the main Means to struggle for and obtain the right of control. It can assure the increase in the number of attack and the chance of fast attack. It is vital for exchanging attack or defense. This article discusses the control and role of rebounds on the basis of analyzing the movements of controlling rebounds, the attack and defense of the rebound and how to attack after obtaining the ball. |
