微型多点位移计新型位移传递模式研究和误差分析

摘    要:在某超大型地下厂房三维地质力学模型试验研究中,为了在洞室开挖过程中对洞周围岩变形进行内部位移量测,在试验中采用了合作设计研制的微型高精度多点位移计量测系统,取得了良好的试验效果。但通过试验也发现了该系统的一些不足,例如有时会因位移传递距离过长造成模型制作困难、影响量测精度等。本文针对此进行了进一步的研究,设计了两种新型位移传递模式并进行了实际测试,在此基础上进行了系统误差分析,并推导出位移传递张力附加变形计算公式进行误差修正。

Abstract:The mini-type multi-point extensometer has been used for the displacement measurement in a 3D geo-mechanical model test of a very large scaled underground powerhouse group caverns, and good results were obtained. However, the distance of the displacement transfer is very long in some case, it brings difficulty to the model manufacture and the accuracy of the measurement. The design and test of new deformation transfer patterns were introduced. The transfer system errors were analyzed and the formulas were derived for the error modification.
