摘    要:以KMnO4为锰源,在180℃水热条件下反应24 h可控制备了α-,β-,δ-MnO2,采用高分辨扫描电镜、X射线衍射研究了它们的微观形貌和晶型结构,并通过循环伏安、交流阻抗和恒流充放电比较了三者的电化学电容器性能,结果表明,在6 mol/L KOH电解液中δ-MnO2表现出最好的电容性能,当电流密度为1 mA/cm2时,比电容最大,容量高达162.78 F/g。

Abstract:Manganese oxides with α-,β-and δ-type structures were controllably synthesized by hydrothermally treating KMnO4 at 180 ℃ for 24h.SEM and XRD were used to research morphology and structure of manganese oxides.The performance of electrochemical capacitors was investigated by cyclic voltammetry,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and galvanostatic charge/discharge tests.The results indicate that δ-MnO2 shows the best capacitive behavior in aqueous electrolyte(6mol/L KOH).When the current density was 1mA/cm2,the specific capacitance was 162.78 F/g.
