摘    要:营销专业课程教学必须依据市场需求调整,其课程改革强调培养学生的实战能力和职业素质。市场营销以特有的挑战性,要求从业者具有较强的实战能力。作为职业院校培养学生,需要立足于现阶段,由浅入深地创造环境,操练学生,塑造应时所需、应市所需之市场营销专业人才。

Abstract:The specialty course of Marketing must be adjusted to the need of the market, focusing on the training of students'practical skill and professional quality. Practitioners'practical ability should be enhanced to meet the need of challenge the course Marketing characterizes. In terms of training of students in staffand workers universities, marketing professionals should be drilled step by step in a practical situation.
