摘    要:人力资源管理课程的教学方法要紧紧围绕为经济建设服务培育适用性人才来进行,探索课程教学方法应以培养学生自主学习的能力、踏实的实践能力、创造性的工作能力为核心,这样人力资源管理课程才具活力,才能使其培养的人才适应社会经济发展的需要。

Abstract:Teaching methods of Human Resource Management Course should be explored aiming at the objective of training qualified talents for the economic development. The exploration of teaching methods of HRM should focus on cultivating the abilities of students in several aspects, such as independent study ability, practical ability,, and innovative working ability etc. By doing this, the course of HRM could be energetic and the students could suit to the demands of the social and economic development.
