| Abstract: | Teaching methods of Human Resource Management Course should be explored aiming at the objective of training qualified talents for the economic development. The exploration of teaching methods of HRM should focus on cultivating the abilities of students in several aspects, such as independent study ability, practical ability,, and innovative working ability etc. By doing this, the course of HRM could be energetic and the students could suit to the demands of the social and economic development. |
