能力本位——高等职业教育改革与发展刍议之四

摘    要:能力本位是我国高等职业教育普遍性教学模式.实施能力本位教学模式应当明确具体的专业培养目标,构建适应培养目标的课程体系,营造职业技术训练的教学环境,建设"双师型"的师资队伍.创新能力本位教学模式应当借鉴而不是照搬国内外职业教育机构的教学模式,实现高等职业教育教学模式的本土化、地方化和多样化.

Abstract:Taking Competence as Standard is the universal teaching model of higher vocational education. It is necessary to define specific patterns of professional training objectives, establish the curriculum system adapted to cultivation objectives, create a vocational and technical training to the teaching environment, and build the faculty with both theoretical knowledge and practical operation in the implementation of competence - based teaching model. Innovation - based teaching model should be adopted instead of copying teaching model of foreign or domestic polytechnics so as to realize the localization and diversification of teaching model in higher voca- tional education.
