| 摘 要： | 大学思想政治教师对大学生的人生观、世界观、价值观的养成具有重要作用。然而,大学思想政治教师整体素质的欠缺导致学生们对思想政治课的乏味,因此,大学思想政治教师自身素质的提高成为必然。本文主要通过分析大学思想政治教师的现状,从而探讨提高大学思想政治教师素质的重要性及其途径。
